ADORATION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament continues on Wednesdays from 3.00pm to 9.00pm. Thanks to those who give their time to quiet prayer. Others are invited to join them.
STATIONS OF THE CROSS
The Stations of the Cross is a devotion that may be performed at any time of year but is particularly suited to the Lenten Season. Instead of the Rosary, the Way of the Cross will be followed on the Fridays of Lent at 7.30pm. All are urged to make a special effort to participate in this traditional devotion.
During Lent, Mass will be celebrated at 7.00am on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. This arrangement will give a greater number of people an opportunity to receive the ashes and to come to Mass during Lent.
TALKS ON THE EUCHARIST
Six presentations on different aspects of the Eucharist will be given in the Pastoral Centre, St Mel’s College, on the Wednesdays of Lent. The first presentation, entitled Eucharist and Care of the Earth, by Phyllis Kilcoyne, takes place on Wednesday February 29th at 8.00pm. All are welcome.
