The Newtowncashel Tidy Towns Annual Sponsored Walk, takes place on Bank Holiday Monday,the 5th of May.Sponsorship cards are available from committee members.

Newtowncashel Tidy Towns will hold a meeting in The Hill this Wednesday the 23rd of April at 8.30 p.m.. The agenda includes the Annula Sponsored Nature Walk on Bank Holiday Monday the 5th of May.All members are asked to attend this meeting.

Well done to the Cashel Senior Football team on their victory over Rathcline, in the Senior League ,last weekend.Final Score,Cashel 0-16, Rathcline 2-5.

Southern Gaels.
Southern Gaels kick off the season  for all underage children at Cashel G.A.A. Clubhouse this Sunday the 27th of April at 11.30 a.m.Children must be regitered before taking part in training, blitz or league games.

St.Joseph's Young Priest's Society holds it's monthly meeting in The Hill on Tuesday the 29th of April at 8.30 p.m. New members are welcome.

Recitation of The Rosary resumes on Friday the 2nd of May.All are welcome.

On Sunday the 27th of April,Blessed John  XXIII and Blessed John Paul II will be canonised by Pope Francis in St.Peter's Square,Rome.To mark the occasion,Bishop Francis Duffy will celebrate Mass in Clonmacnois at 3.00 p.m.
