NEWTOWNCASHEL DRAMA GROUP
Newtowncashel Drama Group is only days away from curtain up on "Stella by Starlight". We hope this season’s production from the talented playwright Bernard Farrell will delight our fans as much as it has us in the making. Dublin born Bernard has a talent for turning the everyday mundane aspects of Irish life into uproarious comedy. Set in the present day, "Stella by Starlight" will delight the watcher with a melting pot of astrological phenomenon, teenage misadventure, and adults behaving badly in a household afflicted by the calamity of a plumbing fiasco and marital disharmony. "…more tricks than you'd see at Duffy's Circus..." well said Geraldine! Join us for a great night of amateur drama in The Hill, opening night Friday 10th February, through Saturday night and Sunday night, plus the following Friday 17th. Doors open 8:00pm, curtain up at 8:30pm. We operate a ticket only policy to ensure no overcrowding or cramped seating. Tickets can be booked with Kevin 0862521536 or from any member of the group.
